Return and Exchange

We have a hassle free 1-day Return and 3-day Exchange policy for all our products above INR 900, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange

Guidelines for checking if your product qualifies for returns/exchange

  • The item was delivered less than 24 Hours ago for return &  3 days ago for exchange.
  • Any return requests after 24 Hours will not be entertained.
  • The item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have a receipt of the product and the package of the product is intact.
  • We can only accept one exchanges or returns for any jewellery item.
  • The item does not have any error/tarnish/damage and the tag should be intact. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order at the time of receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. In case of receiving a damaged product, we’ll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail (khushaabjewellery@gmail.com) within 24-48 Hours of receiving the product. No other form of communication other than e-mail will be entertained.
  2. Since Personalized Jewellery is a customized piece made exclusively for you, it is not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged.
  3. As all the Jewellery is completely handcrafted, it is very rare to create identical items.
  4. For items with defect/damage, the return/exchange request must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will gladly cater your request and do the needful. Unboxing video is required in case of reporting damaged products. 

Exchange & Refund 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
